Learn and Become expert in EB-5 process.
Promote company's project to all media channels in India.
Constantly communicate with prospects and attorney in US on immigration and resolve queries.
Attend Conferences and live events if needed in India.
Briefing candidates on frequently asked questions at immigration offices in the US or the US Consulate in India
Strong knowledge of US Immigration Laws.
The ideal candidate for the Immigration Specialist position will be familiar with US EB-5 immigration laws.
Skills: Min 1+ Years of Immigration Practice specialized in L1, B1, H1B, H4, GC Labor,I-140 & I-485 - EB5 is plus. Ensures compliance with immigration laws and confidentiality at all times
